Who will you be working for? – Trainee Recruitment Consultants

A world-leading recruitment firm is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team in their London office, they want an individual who will grab every opportunity thrown at them to excel in their career. International opportunities are available with offices in New York, Sydney, and Vancouver providing endless options. Specialising in the financial sector of recruitment they are experts in hedge funds, investment banking and stocks. They have only been operating for 8 years and within that time they have built up a lot of respect in the industry, defying all expectations for a start-up.

Set up by two directors with over 25+ years of experience in the financial sector of recruitment, they want to pass on their words of wisdom to the next generation and bring their company to the next level. • £27k base salary with an increase to £30k after 6 months
• On target earnings in your first year £65k+

What will the role entail? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

• Cold-calling potential candidates/clients to produce new leads/opportunities
• Researching your market and understanding it in great depth
• Meeting with clients to understand the characteristics they are looking for
• Guiding candidates through the interview process providing advice and support along the way
