The company is based in central London and specialises in the financial/tech sector of recruitment, specifically CYBER SECURITY and FINTECH. Joining their team as a GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT will provide you with a clear pathway of progression, allowing you to reach your full potential. A well-known and established company, with clients including Revolut, Monzo, 22 Copper, Transputec LTD, and Orca, provides many exciting opportunities. Established in 2014 they are looking for individuals to join their 15-person team with the aim of them working their way up to the management/principle level. They understand the importance of providing support, which is why you will receive direct training from both directors, facilitating your progression.

- Cold-calling candidates/clients
- Researching your particular market
- Interviewing candidates for positions whilst guiding them through the interview process
