Situated in central London, you’d begin as a trainee recruitment consultant being provided extensive training to fully understand all the tricks of the trade. Specialising in the finance sector, specifically hedge funds and investment banking the opportunities are endless in this incredibly lucrative market. The benefits you’ll receive will include
- £26k base salary, which increases to £30k after 6 months in the company. OTE in your first year £65k
- Highest biller in their first year took home £96k last year
- Holiday incentives- takes place twice a year- previous trips include New York, Sydney, Paris, and Vancouver.
- 25 days holiday plus a two-week lockdown during Christmas
- 6-month sabbatical after 5 years within the company- they believe everyone should have the opportunity to travel without worrying about work

What will the role include- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling candidates/ clients to gain new leads and opportunities.
- Producing advertisements and building up a network via LinkedIn etc
- Regular meetings with clients to assess the key characteristics that are desired.
- Understanding your sector and becoming an expert within the field
