- Starting salary of £25k-£35k DOE
- Uncapped commission rising to 55%, seeing you earn over £65k in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will start off as a delivery consultant, working with live roles, before progressing to a full 360 consultant. Responsibilities include:
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring priorities
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating the best contract/package for your candidate
- Closing deals and earn commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Previous experience working in a sales or client facing environment
- Confidence speaking both on and off the phone with a range of individuals
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic pay
- Team player with excellent problem solving skills
- Positive mindset and willing to go the extra mile
