Looking to onboard 4 individuals as Trainee Recruitment Consultants ASAP, they will provide you with exceptional training to reach your full potential.

Specialising within the cyber security space, dealing with clients such as Corax, Deloitte, and NatWest this up-and-coming market has no signs of slowing down as technology continues to develop. International opportunities are readily available with offices in New York, London, and Sydney, therefore the possibility of transferring is there!! Both directors have over 21 years of experience in the sector and are looking to pass on their words of wisdom to enable the next generation to experience the benefits of recruitment that they experienced many years ago.

The benefits of this role include: Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

• £27k base salary which increases to £30k in your first 6 months, with OTE in your first year being £65k+!!!
• The highest biller last year took home £98k in their first year, with the most senior individual taking home over £575k!!!!

The role includes – Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

• Understanding your market, through various methods of training from the company
• Networking with candidates and clients, through LinkedIn and events to further establish yourself in the market
• Prepping candidates for various interview processes and enhancing their knowledge of the legal industry
• Cold calling, organising interview schedules, and placing candidates into suitable roles
