The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
With offices in London and Manchester, you will be a huge part in the growth of the company. Focusing within the Financial Services market, you will specialise within Investment Banking and Private Equity recruitment, which offers an incredible opportunity for growth, exposure, and earning!
The firm have won multiple awards over the past few years, for both the service they provide, and the way they treat their staff. You have full access to all consultants in the business, including the founders, which essentially is offering you 50+ years of knowledge on the market.
You will have the chance to grow out your own team, and even scale international offices if that’s something you want. If you’re looking for somewhere you’re supported but not ‘babied’ this is an amazing chance for you to get your foot in the door!

- Starting salary of £26k, rising with each promotion
- 4-week onboarding programme, with daily training sessions and on the job learning
- Opportunity to move to the US within 2 years to help scale their Austin office
- Uncapped commission with no threshold, rising to 45%
- Earning potential of £55k+ in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Working closely with your senior consultants to support your clients hiring
- Conducting business development calls to win new clients
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them with the best opportunity for them
- Managing the application process and ensuring both sides know feedback
- Closing deals and earning commission
- Working towards personal and professional development
- Building your online brand/presence on LinkedIn
