The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k with uncapped commission rising to 40%
- Earning potential of £50k in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting business development to win new clients
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for meetings with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Passing on feedback to clients and candidates
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building an online presence and your brand
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both on and off the phone
- Ambitious and wanting to build a career
- Financially driven, looking to earn over a basic salary
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure and rejection
