What You’ll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Client Research: Identify and reach out to new clients
- Creative Advertising: Write and post job adverts
- CV Review: Spot top talent by reviewing CVs
- Candidate Outreach: Call and engage potential candidates
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with clients and candidates
- Interview Prep: Help candidates get ready for interviews

What You Need to Succeed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Educational Background: University degree or 6+ months of sales/recruitment experience
