Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for 5 ambitious individuals to join the team and help deliver into the US Financial markets, which will see you earn £20k+ ON TOP of your base salary…!

Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

This award-winning financial services recruitment firm are looking for 5 people to join the team this summer. You will specialise within the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking sectors, learning everything you need about these markets and the impressive people that work within them.

You will work with clients such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and Black Rock, showing just how much exposure you will get to the market.

The ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

  • Onboarding clients and understanding their offering as well as requirements for new employees
  • Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking, and understanding their skillset and requirements for a new role
  • Shortlisting candidates for your clients, and managing the whole interview process from start to offer acceptance
  • Handling reservations throughout the process, and ensuring you are consulting both parties on market conditions, process etc.
  • Building an online presence and creating content relevant to your network, making you well known in the market

What are the REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

  • Evidence of strong work ethic – demonstrated through academia, work, extra-curricular activities etc.
  • Naturally competitive – wanting to push on to be the best you can be
  • Ambitious – looking to build a career and a name for yourself
  • Financially driven to earn over a basic salary
  • Excellent problem solving skills and able to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
