The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Networking and Headhunting: Find and attract top candidates
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise databases, LinkedIn, and events
- Lead Generation and Sales: Win new clients and generate sales opportunities
- Marketing Activities: Develop company marketing strategies and build online client networks
- Candidate Process Management: Screen candidates, conduct company-specific interviews, arrange assessments, and assist in the interview process
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
About You – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Experience: 6 months in recruitment/sales or a university graduate
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team
- Quick Learner: Ambition to become an industry expert
- Dedication and Commitment: Demonstrated through extracurricular activities
