The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Generating new business and managing accounts
- Screening candidates
- Liaising with clients around the world
- Helping to train new members of the business
- Eventually grow your own team or take a Principal Consultant route
Requirements
- 12+ months experience with a proven track record of success within BD and or billing
- Ambition – want to have a successful career
- Work ethic
