- £25k base salary, rising with each promotion

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will join the team as a 180-delivery consultant to get you hitting the ground running, and soon develop into a full 360 consultant, the day-to-day includes:
- Business development to win new clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Managing the interview process from both sides
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate (salary, benefits etc.)
- Following any potential leads to generate business
- Building a presence online and growing your network
Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline
- Previous experience working in sales is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking with a range of clients and candidates
- Financially driven and looking for a long career
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
