- £26k base salary with on target earnings in your first year equating to £65k+!!!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Various forms of outreach to potential candidates through cold calling, networking, and contacting them via LinkedIn
- Guiding the candidate through the whole process from start to finish, providing support/advice at all stages
- Bringing on new roles through Business Development
- Attending client meetings to find out specific hiring needs
