What You’ll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and our extensive database.
• Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect fit for our clients’ requirements.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide insights and advice to clients and candidates.
• Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our client base.

What We’re Looking For in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Ambition & Drive: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Education & Experience: Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
