- £26k base salary which increases to £30k after 5 months, OTE £65K+ in your first year!!!

The role will include – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client engagement: establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Candidate sourcing and assessment: utilising various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, networking) to attract qualified candidates. Screening and interviewing them to assess their skills and experience to see if they are a cultural fit for the client.
- Negotiation and offer management: facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Market research: conduct competitor analysis to identify recruitment strategies that give clients a competitive advantage.
