The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Here you will specialise in finding senior management-level engineers and partnering them with your clients across the UK and Europe. On top of this, you are also able to build up your client base, again offering the chance for excellent development.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your client base through business development
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria through client meetings
- Sourcing excellent candidates through networking/advertising/headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews with your clients
- Managing the whole interview process, and negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Following up on any business leads, whether that be new clients or leads for candidate referrals
- Building your brand on LinkedIn
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6+ months experience working in a sales background is desirable
- Financially driven with the desire to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious and looking for a long-lasting and successful career
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Excellent communication skills
