What You’ll Do – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading businesses, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering customised solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics through continuous research and learning.
• Seamless Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Data Mastery: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with detailed records of all interactions, helping us maintain our high standards of service.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with senior consultants, gaining insights and skills that will accelerate your career growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Recent graduate
• Skills: Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for organisation, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience: While prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, it’s not essential – your drive and enthusiasm are what matter most.
• Attributes: Ambitious, resilient, goal-driven, and eager to dive into the fast-paced world of recruitment.
