Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
In your first weeks, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training academy, featuring:
- Classroom lessons
- Expert sessions with external trainers
- Hands-on training
Once trained, your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing and Qualifying Candidates: Using various methods to find top talent.
- Writing and Advertising Roles: Craft compelling job adverts.
- Headhunting Exceptional Talent: Reach out on selected platforms.
- Market Mapping: Build and maintain a robust candidate pool.
- Client Engagement: Outsource and onboard new clients, and attend meetings and briefs.
- Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the hiring process, organise interviews, and gather feedback.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with candidates and clients.
- Target Achievement: Work towards and smash your monthly goals.
- Personal Branding and Networking: Enhance your profile in the industry.
