The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of central London with international offices in New York and Melbourne this role provides new opportunities one can only dream of, with a new office in the pipeline for 2025. Specialising in the financial sector – specifically the stock, bond and cryptocurrency markets and working with the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the Redmayne Bently you will be surrounded by excellent clients that will kickstart your career.
A current headcount of 50 people in London, they are looking for go-getters who will snap up this opportunity and take advantage of the transparent career progression all the way up to partner. Through hard work and determination you can be at the forefront of the company in less than 5 years, which is something that can’t be said for all industries.

- £26k base salary with on target earnings in your first year through commission and promotions expected to be £65k+!!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates/clients to produce new leads/opportunities
- Researching your market and becoming an expert within the space
- Attending client meetings and understanding what exactly they are after in greater depth
- Guiding candidates from start to finish, providing feedback and advice throughout
