Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a market leading tech infrastructure firm that specialises in recruitment from mid to CTO level seniority in the UK, US and German Markets.
They are on the hunt for 5 money motivated graduates to join up their US division with the potential to move over to their US office in Austin in the future.
Their first hire 12 years ago is now one of the directors who started as a trainee in their London office and now heads up their Austin division!
With IT infrastructure being integral to us all to enable connectivity, effectiveness and growth the buoyancy of the market is forever changing meaning plenty of opportunities to grow as the business continues its expansion!

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to Headhunt
- Business Development – cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the team!
Requirements for their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Good academic achievements (2:1 or similar)
- Preferably sales experience (not a must-have)
- Demonstrated some sort of excellence
- Great communicators/strong presentation
- Highly motivated (financially driven)
- Have work experience/great work ethic
