Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

Each team specialises in a different area of Finance – including C-Suite, Sales, Accounting, and FinTech, meaning you will have the chance to find your niche and fully immerse yourself into that market.

What are the BENEFITS of becoming a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

• Base salary of £26k which rises with each promotion
• Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45%, seeing an OTE in year one of £55k, year two £70k, and year three £85k+
• Quick and transparent career progression, with the top performer gaining 3 promotions in their first year (first promotion is within 6-9 months on average)

The ROLE 

• Winning new clients through business development and building long-term relationships
• Meeting clients regularly to fully understand their offering, as well as their hiring priorities
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, networking and asking for referrals, advertising roles, and using the company database
• Interviewing candidates, understanding their skillset and requirements for a new role, and matching them together
• Admin – scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating contracts etc.
• Following up on any business leads

What are the REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduate with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
• Experience working in a client or customer facing role
• Financially driven and looking to earn over a base salary
• Ambitious and wanting to progress quickly and build a career
• Confident speaking with a range of high level individuals both on and off the phone
