The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will be joining the team on the experienced hires desk under the top performer in the business. You’ll have one to one support from day one, as well as access to an extensive training platform which will last for your first 3 months at the company.

You’ll work across the Hedge Fund and Private equity markets, sourcing the best talent across London for your clients. Due to the businesses success, you will not have to conduct business development unless you want to – the firm work with over 600 companies across the globe, demonstrating their success over the 8 years they’ve been up and running.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Writing and posting job adverts onto job sites
• Attending client meetings to fully understand your clients offering and requirements
• Headhunting candidates on LinkedIn
• Pairing suitable candidates with clients and managing the end-to-end interview process
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Negotiating the best package for your candidates
• Building your presence online and growing your individual network
• Working towards targets and winning a plethora of incentives for achieving them!

• Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone
• Background working in a fast-paced customer/client facing role
• Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection
• Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic pay
• Social, with excellent problem solving skills, and a positive mindset
