The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based in the heart of London, we are on the hunt for 4 graduates to join the team. Specialising in the tech sector, specifically in security, Network, Server and Cloud they are truly one to watch in the market space. Working with the likes of Dell, Samsung and Vodaphone their client base is truly one of the most established within the market.

The opportunity to re-locate further down the line is available with offices in New York and Sydney. Their retention rate of staff is something they pride themselves on – with the majority of the individuals who began as trainees now taking on more senior positions.

• £26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £65k+!!!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold calling potential candidates/clients to increase the amount of business and dealing with the rejection that can subsequently come from this
• Guiding potential candidates through the whole interview process, providing support and advice on the different stages, whilst taking feedback
• Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls etc.
• Production of advertisements to increase the flow of candidates into your pipeline

• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building
• Hardworking and resilient – willing to go above and beyond
• Financially and career motivated – where your success will fuel your next goal
• Previous experience in a sales environment is highly sought after but not necessary
