The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of London, we are on the hunt to onboard 7x trainee recruitment consultants to join the team. Specialising in the fintech markets, connecting leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks and tech start ups with high calibre candidates.
Established over 20 years ago, they have taken on their winning mentality to become one of the leading firms within their market space. Working with the likes of Deutsche Bank, Natwest, Morgan Stanley to name a few, their large client base allows you to hit the ground running.

- £25k base salary with OTE of £55k+ in year 1!!
- Salary increase after 6 months to £30k after promotion

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building great relationships with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice and feedback along the way
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Strong academics or previous sales experience
- Very financially motivated – a real drive to earn big
- Competitive in nature e.g. a background in sports, competitive hobbies etc.
- Hardworking individual who takes pride in all tasks they carry out
