They are seeking 3 motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their team in September. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about people, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Learn and understand the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
- Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles and ensure a cultural fit with client organizations.
- Support senior consultants in managing client accounts, including understanding client requirements, presenting candidates, and facilitating the interview process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required
