Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Engage in business development activities to expand the client base.
- Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Represent the company’s brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Source, assess, and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships within the industry.
