Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client connects leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks, scientific research houses, big data analytics firms and ambitious tech start-ups with the highest calibre of professionals at every level.
With both the founders billing £1million between them in year 1 they have grown up to 40 heads in the last 3 years and are on the hunt for 5 Money hungry graduates to carry on their expansion to build out their business consultancy services!
Working with some big name clients in their space such as Bank of America, Natwest & Morgan Stanley to name a few!
From DAY 1 you’ll have access to their full commission structure that goes up to 40% with set clear promotion targets.

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events, and much more
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
Requirements for their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Good academic achievements (2:1 or similar)
- Preferably sales experience (not a must-have)
- Demonstrated some sort of excellence
- Great communicator/strong presentation
- Highly motivated (financially driven)
- Have work experience/great work ethic
