We have partnered with a leading fin-tech recruitment firm that are looking to add 2 ambitious individuals to their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants as they expand into Europe and the US.

What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?
- Our client provides a comprehensive training program to equip you with the best skills and knowledge for success in the role. Additionally, ongoing support and mentorship are offered to aid in realizing your full potential as a recruitment consultant
Day to day:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates via various channels like job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific roles
- Foster and maintain relationships with candidates, offering continuous support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with seasoned consultants to formulate effective recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients
- Engage in business development endeavours to expand the client base and fortify existing client relationships
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients
