- A base of £25k which increases to £30k after your first promotion- typically seen within the first 6 months.
- On target earning in year one is expected to be £55k+, what you put in is really what you get out!

What would the role entail?- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development- bringing on new roles through cold calling potential clients and explaining the services you can offer.
- Cold-calling- potential clients/candidates, being especially informative and sharp in terms of why you are calling.
- Advertisement- producing Ads for active roles you are looking to fill, increasing your candidate pool/ chances of filling the role.
- Guiding the candidate through the whole process- taking on a 360 form of recruitment as well as guiding the candidate through the role process from start to finish.
- Attending client meetings- visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after.
- Researching your sector in depth- constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector.
The ideal candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Strong academic background.
- Resilient- keeping positive and constantly striving to better yourself even if a few setbacks occur.
- Competitive in nature- a background in a competitive sport/activity is highly desirable.
- Money motivated- willing to go above and beyond to achieve your targets.
- Previous experience in a sales environment- is highly desirable but not necessary.
