The Company you will be working for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Our client is a specialist technology recruitment business that focus on placing technology professionals into clients across UK, Europe and USA .
All their starters have started with little or no experience in recruitment and have gone onto build successful careers from their tailor made training academy with their on site trainer and Founders to keep upskilling and developing in one of the most BOUYANT and ever changing industries in the world!
With the 2 founders having a combined 40 years experience in the tech space there are no better people to learn off and Excel your careers at a fast rate.
Working with some big clients such as Monzo, ASOS, Sky and Crypto blockchain to name a few. Furthermore their employees get discounts with the clients they work with.
In summary over the next 3 years they are scaling up from 50 to 250+ people as well as opening their first New York Office in the summer of 2024. The Start of an exciting journey!!!
What they offer as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Competitive base salary of £25k to £28k after 3 months
- OTE of £45-£55k in the first year and only going to increase year on year
- Commission structures that go up to 50%
- Fast track to management within the first 12 months

Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- You will be learning on the job how to identify and build relationships with potential clients as well as headhunting the very best technology professionals on the market for their live vacancies
- Cold calling potential clients
- Calling candidates to keep up-to-date
- Job searching/matching
- Writing job ads
- Interview feedback and follow up
- Team meeting
- Interviewing candidates
What they are looking for in their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- 2 years in a target driven role where you have hit targets and excelled
- A strong team background such as Sports, Societies etc.
- Naturally driven to succeed
- Ambitious – don’t want to cruise, to demonstrate that you want to exceed all targets and make a real career for yourself
