Both directors have over 47 years experience within the financial recruitment sector and are on the hunt for individuals to progress their way up the ladder to take over their roles.

- £27k base salary with an increase after 3 months to £30k plus £65+ OTE in your first year.

What would the role entail- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Regular client meetings to access the essential criteria of a role.
- Maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.
- Networking within your market, to enhance your understanding of particular roles.
- Research into your specific market, whilst keeping up to date with all relevant terminology, becoming an expert in your area.
- Fabrication of advertisement to highlight the opportunities available and to attract ideal applicants
