The rewards- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27k base salary with an increase to £30k after 6 months
- On target earnings in your first year £65k
- Multiple 1 million pound billers in their first year, with a clear pathway to follow their success

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential clients/ candidates to identify the prospects to them, whilst also generating any leads
- Guiding candidates through the full 360 process and providing any advice/ support along the way.
- Producing advertisements to increase the number of potential candidates in the process
- Networking via LinkedIn, events, and phone calls to expand your network and presence.
