Working across the UK and the US, this firm focuses on finding the TOP TALENT within the Life Science space. This is an emerging market, especially since Covid, meaning that you won’t see anything in the area slowing down (meaning more commission for you to earn!).
You will be working closely with a tightknit team, managed by the top performer in the company. This offers you the chance to work in an environment with healthy competition, as everyone in the team is working towards a very high standard. The team consists of 5 others, all of which have been promoted within 6 months of starting their role, and all have earned over £50k in their first year.

- Starting salary of £26k, rising to £30k once you are a senior consultant

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Calling new businesses and turning them into clients
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting
- Understanding candidates experience and requirements for a new role
- Managing the whole interview process, and negotiating the best contract for them in a new role
- Building up your online presence on LinkedIn and building your network
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
