The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will work closely with the Partners of the business to help source and supply both Legal in-house professionals, and Partners into UK and US Law Firms, and the Industry & Commerce sectors.
You will have access to the firm’s existing clients from day one, with the expectations to grow out your own exclusive client base through business development. This will be possible through the firms award-winning training program which spans over 6-months.
This agency work on a trust basis, so you won’t be bombarded with unachievable KPI’s and targets, as they know that a quality over quantity approach works best. - Starting salary of £26k, rising with each promotion, alongside annual salary reviews
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 40%
- Earning potential in year one of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Meeting with clients to develop and maintain relationships
- Headhunting candidates on LinkedIn and networking with your existing connections
- Runnings candidates through the full interview process, including preparing them for interviews, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback etc.
- Negotiating the right salary for your candidates, as well as other contract specifics
- Building out your own brand on LinkedIn and creating relevant content to your network

- Background working in a commercial or sales focused role
- Confidence speaking with a range of high-level individuals (clients and candidates)
