Day to day responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Cold calling active and passive candidates
- Write enticing job adverts
- Headhunt passive candidates via LinkedIn
- Develop in-depth knowledge of your market
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Make placements and earn commission!
Who you are
- Recently graduated
- Excellent work ethic
- Drive and ambition to succeed is a must!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
