Our client is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Working in Network Engineering, they look to support their clients in securing and growing their teams with the best talent and opportunities in the market. The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Previously worked (retail, hospitability, office role, site work)
- Recently graduated from university
- OR Good A-Level results
- Part of a sports team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Self-starter, self-motivated and goal orientated
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a graduate recruitment consultant.
On a day to day basis you will be doing the following:
- Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided
- Writing and publishing adverts
- Headhunting ‘A grade’ candidates through various platforms
- Building candidate market maps
- Booking and running candidate meetings
- Lead generation and conversion
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Establishing your own brand through your own marketing materials
