The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are on the lookout for 4 graduates or entry-level consultants to join one of the leading technology and fintech recruitment firms based in Bristol. They specialise in placing the top talent across the UK and the US, and have recently opened an office in Chicago which offers the chance for relocation.
They work with clients such as Deliveroo, ITV, and Sky, showing just how successful they have been and the standard they work to. The opportunity at this business offers so much in terms of exposure and self-development. You will receive 1-1 mentorship which will give you the support needed to become a successful recruiter, and well on your way to earning above £100k in your first 3 years.

- Starting salary of £23k, rising to £25k after your first promotion

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Working closely with your existing clients and sourcing the best talent for them
- Winning new business through cold calling
- Understanding the hiring criteria of your clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and advertising
- Managing the interview process and conversing with both sides
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Consistently working towards targets
- Building your online presence
- Following leads for new business and candidates

- Degree educated in any discipline
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
