Working across the FinTech space, you will work with clients across the UK and Europe (with a few clients based in the US). This offers the chance for exposure to different businesses and how things are run in different geographies.

- Starting salary of £25k-£30k (DOE)
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 40%, seeing you earn on average £55k in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up a client base through business development
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment/interview process
- Negotiating contracts for your candidates
- Working towards individual targets
- Building up an online presence and continuously building your network
Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Background in a fast-paced environment either within sales or a commercial setting
- Positive attitude
- Financially driven to earn more than a base salary
- Ambitious and looking to build a career
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone
- Excellent problem solving skills
