Day-to-day – Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
- In the beginning stages, the trainee recruitment consultant would be mainly focusing on sourcing candidates (through ad writing, headhunting, and networking), assessing these candidates’ suitability’s, preparing candidate for interviews, and successfully placing candidates into roles with existing clients.
- As time goes on, the trainee recruitment consultant will start to part-take in the business development side of things
