As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and assessing potential candidates for diverse technical roles
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate profiles
- Skillfully negotiating offers and contracts
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
