The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This business specialises within the financial services space and they are looking to hire for their Hedge Fund and Investment Banking desk. They partner with top organisations across the globe, giving you international exposure to the best firms out there.
Not only is the exposure unmatched, but the support given is not to be overlooked! You will go through a 12 week onboarding programme, with training from the directors, and assigned a mentor who will guide you through your first year at the business.
The firm have also recently opened an office in New York, which offers you the opportunity not only to go out there and work as part of an incentive, but also relocate after 12 months service if you wish.

- Basic salary of £25k, rising to £28k after your first promotion
- Commission structure rising to 45%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new business through business development
- Nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through networking and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and pitching your clients to them
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating the best salary and package for your candidate
- Working towards and exceeding targets
- Building your online brand and presence
