The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting with a £25k base salary, increasing with promotions (5 months)
- On average earnings in your first year is expected to be £40-45k with commission
- The highest Biller last year took home £77k in their first year, additionally on track for £80k+ this coming year!
- Company incentives include holiday targets, including trips previously to Maldives and Singapore.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Networking with potential candidates and clients
- Interviewing and screening candidates and their suitability for current available roles
- Continuous learning of your market to enhance your understanding to aid the placement of ideal candidates into the sectors, leading to you become an expert in the area
- Producing advertisement and outreaching individuals that possess the desired criteria for specific roles
