The company- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of Wales which is our beloved Cardiff, we are looking for 5 graduates to join the team in a world-leading company. Specialising in the IT infrastructure sector, particularly the Server, Cloud and DevOps, Security, Network, and IT Management they are not shy of opportunities for their employees. Offices are located in Cardiff, London, USA, and Germany, the options to travel and experience new cities are endless.

- £25k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £55k

The role involved- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling candidates and clients to enhance potential deals
- Researching the market to understand the current trends
- Networking via LinkedIn, meet-ups, and phone calls
- Production of advertisements to increase the volume of individuals applying for roles
- Guiding candidates through the interview process, providing advice and knowledge throughout in regard to the clients

- Degree educated
- Hardworking and resilient- examples of experiences in which these have been demonstrated are highly sort after
