- Starting salary of £25k, rising to £27.5k after
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 40%
- Earning potential of £50k in your first year, with top performers earning £70k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Working towards targets set by your manager
- Winning new clients through business development
- Interviewing candidates and managing the application process
- Mapping the financial markets and knowing the top players in the industry
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Following any business leads
- Building your network and keeping the database updated
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Background working in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in interacting with a range of personalities
- Ambitious and looking for a career
- Financially driven
