- Starting salary of £30k, rising to £35k after 6 months

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through cold calling
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through networking and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and understanding their experience
- Matching candidates to clients
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Building your brand on LinkedIn
- Consistently working to exceed targets
