- Competitive Base salary – £26k plus commission
- Uncapped commission structure with earning up to 30% of what you bill!

Expectations of a day-to-day Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events, and much more
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
Exceptional Candidates will possess all if not most of the following for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Degree in any discipline and or sales experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Competitive when working towards targets
