What You’ll Do – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Your role will include:
- Identifying top talent through various sourcing methods.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates to job opportunities.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating successful placements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.

- £25k Base Salary, rising with each promotion
- Commission up to 40%. OTE £45k
