Who are you working for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
Working across the Life Science sector, you will focus on sourcing the best talent in the MedTech space in the US. This is an incredibly buoyant market, with plenty of live roles and repeat clients available to you from day one.
The firm is only 5 years old but has quickly grown to a company of over 80 consultants, with 3 offices in London, Berlin, and Texas. This shows not only the success of the company but the level to which they want to continue growing. They also offer completely supported sponsorship to relocate internationally if you want to!
Alongside this, they also offer an amazing commission structure scaling to 45%, which has seen all consultants earn over £50k in their year, with one consultant taking home £75k! What does the role look like as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Cold-calling new businesses to bring them on as clients
- Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates, putting them forward for roles with your clients, and preparing them for following interviews
- Managing the end-to-end application process, and ensuring both parties know what’s going on, including negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Creating and building an online network on LinkedIn, and putting out relevant content
What are the requirements to be a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Degree educated in any discipline
- Experience working alongside education in a client/customer-facing role
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious to build a long and successful career
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
