- £25k Base salary + Competitive commission structure (Huge OTE potential from the get-go 1st year of £50k-£70k 2nd year £85k and 3rd year £100k plus)

What’s you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability for a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates for Headhunt
- Business Development- cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximize ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the team!

- Degree educated
