The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working with top brands such as ASOS, ITV, and Deliveroo, you will specialise within the DevOps market globally. From day one you will be building your own brand and managing your own client relationships, giving you autonomy over your work.
This company has offices across the globe, which offers you the chance for relocation after 2 years’ service – so whether you’re keen on moving to the US, Europe, or Asia, you will have the backing of an established business behind you.

- Uncapped commission with no threshold (OTE: £60k in year one)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching your chosen market and becoming an expert on knowing the main names
- Maintaining relationships with clients through account management
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and understanding what they’re looking for
- Coordinating meetings between clients and candidates
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
